Our ABI 3130xl Genetic Analyzer is being widely used for all sequencing and fragment analysis data collection. It is a medium throughput, 16-capillary array machine able to run a wide variety of protocols and modules designed and personalized for each project. Thus, enabling us to provide users with fast results turn-around and high quality sequence and genotype data.

Our LiCor IR2 NEN Global DNA Analyzer is generally used for fragment analyses such as AFLPs and Microsatellites. We are currently using it for researchers that would like to further analyze their data obtained through our ABI 3130xl Genetic Analyzer. By running their specific data on to this equipment and further analyze it using our Odyssey Infrared Imaging System.
